Key Responsibilities

• Co-manage the journal's online peer-review process and communicate assessments of submissions
• Provide developmental editing for articles and manage the journal's book review program
• Develop and maintain journal workflow processes and coordinate events related to the journal's research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of editorial experience
• Familiarity with academic research and ability to summarize academic arguments
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Professional
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential editorial challenges
