Job Summary
Serving as a dedicated point of contact within the HR Operations and Shared Services Department, the full-time Temporary Associate Navigator will manage onboarding processes, ensure compliance, and enhance candidate experiences while working remotely for a temporary position projected to last six months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships and provide onboarding support to Talent Advisors, Hiring Leaders, and candidates
- Manage the onboarding workflow, including processing offer letters and verifying I-9 eligibility
- Coordinate with HR colleagues to analyze data and optimize operational processes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience
- Preferred knowledge of Divestitures and Contingent Workers/Non-Employed Persons
- Experience with Google Sheets, Oracle Cloud, and iCims
- Ability to think creatively while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
