Temporary Back-end Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Media Software Engineer (Back-end) on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and maintain back-end software primarily in Python for media workflows
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based media workflows using various software solutions
• Create technical documentation and train operational teams on software tools and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional back-end software development experience
• 3+ years of experience with a scripting language such as Python
• Familiarity with Linux and UNIX-based operating systems
• Knowledge of cloud-computing tools, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS)
