Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Bank Regulatory Attorney with experience in Direct Deposit Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle consumer products including Checking, Savings, High Yield CD's and IRA's
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as Reg E, Reg DD, Reg CC, Reg D, UCC A+, and some Commercial contracts
• Experience with power of attorney is also ideal

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Bank Regulatory Law
• Knowledge of Direct Deposit Products
• Familiarity with regulations such as Reg E, Reg DD, Reg CC, Reg D, and UCC A+
• Experience with Commercial contracts
• Understanding of power of attorney
