A company is looking for a Temporary Bank Regulatory Attorney with experience in Direct Deposit Products.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle consumer products including Checking, Savings, High Yield CD's and IRA's
Ensure compliance with regulations such as Reg E, Reg DD, Reg CC, Reg D, UCC A+, and some Commercial contracts
Experience with power of attorney is also ideal

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Bank Regulatory Law
Knowledge of Direct Deposit Products
