A company is looking for a Temporary Bankruptcy Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and review high volumes of new Legal Referrals in the internal case management software
• Download and review necessary documents from client systems and PACER
• Request and follow-up on missing information to ensure timely handling of files

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Prior Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking
