Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Benefits Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Benefits team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee benefits inquiries and maintain communication with employees regarding benefits enrollment and documentation
- Provide administrative support by processing benefit invoices and assisting with workers' compensation claims
- Support project activities related to benefits communication and open enrollment processes
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Familiarity with employee benefits terminology is a plus
- Prior customer service experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
