Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of annual open enrollment process and coordinate employee communication materials
  • Analyze benefit programs for cost-effectiveness and propose revisions or enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for benefit programs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
  • At least five years of experience in benefits management for US team members
  • Knowledge of ACA requirements, ERISA, and other relevant regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefit plan set-up
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
