Job Summary

Administering associate and benefits data, the full-time Temporary Benefits Specialist will provide HR support and issue resolution while managing the recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer associate life cycle data management transactions and provide analytical support for benefit programs
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and document case details in the case management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee issues effectively and participate in data review and auditing
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable experience
  • Previous benefits and/or HR experience preferred
  • Experience working remotely is a plus
  • Administrative, clerical, and/or customer service experience is desirable
