Job Summary

To support the company's Employee Benefits and Wellbeing programs, the full-time Temporary Benefits Specialist will manage day-to-day activities, assist with program design and improvement, and participate in various benefits projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining health care programs, including medical, dental, and wellness plans
  • Administer and communicate the company's Wellbeing program while engaging employees in related initiatives
  • Participate in benefits projects, including the redesign of existing programs and special compensation initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in employee benefits within a corporate human resources department of a large organization
  • Experience leading Open/Annual Enrollment for health and wellness plans
  • Familiarity with state and federal employment laws and regulations related to employee benefits
  • Strong ability to partner and communicate with HR team members and management
