Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve customer inquiries via Phone, Email, and/or Chat
  • Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance customer service and sales skills
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer data
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage duties with minimal supervision
  • Call center, retail, and/or e-commerce experience is preferred
  • Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
