Job Summary

Supporting a VIP event campaign, the full-time Temporary Call Center Agent will make outbound calls to deliver event-related messaging, document call outcomes, and maintain productivity expectations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls using company-provided systems
• Deliver event-related messaging clearly and professionally
• Accurately document call outcomes and maintain attendance expectations

Required qualifications

• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow scripts and instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required
