Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Temporary Call Center Universal Agent will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and optimizing interactions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels
  • Utilize technology tools to support daily tasks and participate in training sessions for continuous improvement
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate customer data in Contact Center systems
Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regular work schedule with minimal supervision
  • Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
