Job Summary
To support customer needs, the full-time Temporary Call Center Agent will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and complaints while demonstrating strong customer service skills in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and handle customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels
- Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales opportunities
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate customer data in Contact Center systems
Required qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a regular work schedule with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
- Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
