Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Temporary Call Center Universal Agent will serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat while demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately through various communication channels
  • Utilize technology tools and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service and sales capabilities
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate data in contact center systems
Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to a defined work schedule
  • Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
