Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Temporary Call Center Universal Agent will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and optimizing interactions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels
  • Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance customer service and sales skills
  • Complete documentation and maintain accurate customer data in Contact Center systems
Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to a work schedule with minimal supervision
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to assist in both Consumer Affairs and eCommerce calls as needed
  • Preferred experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce environments
