Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Temporary Call Center Universal Agent will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and optimizing interactions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and handle customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels
- Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance customer service and sales skills
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate customer data in Contact Center systems
Required qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and adhere to a work schedule with minimal supervision
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to assist in both Consumer Affairs and eCommerce calls as needed
- Preferred experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce environments
