Job Summary

To support customer needs, the full-time Temporary Call Center Agent will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills while working remotely from Hawaii.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels
  • Educate customers on products to maximize sales opportunities and manage follow-ups as needed
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate data in Contact Center systems
Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
