Job Summary

As a fully remote Temporary Call Center Universal Agent, the individual will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels
  • Educate customers on products to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate customer data in systems
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage regular duties with minimal supervision
  • Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
