Temporary Care Navigator Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Care Navigators, the part-time Temporary Care Navigator Lead will oversee referral processing to secondary care, provide training and support to the team, and maintain high-quality service directories in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training, support, and guidance to the Care Navigation team
• Audit data integrity and maintain directories for specialists, community services, and employer benefits
• Manage staffing schedules and assist in processing referrals while serving as a point of contact for troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare field
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant medical experience
• Experience in office management or an administrative role
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
