Temporary Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Managing operational health metrics, the full-time Temporary Hypercare Change Management Specialist will track performance and adoption metrics, mitigate risks, and facilitate escalations in a remote environment with rotating shifts through December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Hypercare Readiness Heatmap to monitor performance, backlog, and adoption metrics across business units
• Identify process bottlenecks and coordinate rapid response plans with unit leaders to mitigate risks
• Aggregate data for daily and weekly status updates through Executive Readiness Dashboards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
• 3-5+ years in Organizational Change Management, Business Operations, or related fields
• Experience managing post-go-live readiness or hypercare command centers
• Proven ability to track operational continuity metrics and handle risk mitigation during large-scale deployments
• Strong executive presence and data synthesis skills
