Job Summary

To ensure effective management of client relationships and production needs for small-scale projects, the full-time Temporary Client Coordinator will work remotely for a 7-month period, handling project lifecycles from inception to completion, resolving client issues, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage small-scale client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and timely invoicing
  • Translate client requests into detailed plans and collaborate with account team members during project kickoff and solution review meetings
  • Resolve conflicts and issues satisfactorily to maintain high-quality standards in all client deliverables
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic/Packaging Design, or a related field
  • 1+ years of project coordination experience within a graphics manufacturing environment or equivalent education and experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Mac iOS
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
