Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary Client Services Representative to support their Benefits Administration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts promptly
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of contacts in the agent ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with high customer engagement
  • Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote contact center environment
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using a PC with multiple applications
