Temporary Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Collections Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Assist in consolidating reporting from various databases in Excel
• Assess customer accounts for high-risk factors and report findings to management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
