Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracts management experience in a tech or fintech environment
• Familiarity with various commercial agreements, including technology integrations and merchant sales contracts
• Experience with CLM tools and collaborative document management
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities
