Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary Contract Manager on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements to ensure compliance and protect company interests
• Advise internal teams on contractual rights and compliance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in legal and/or contracts, focusing on commercial contract terms
• Experience in managing vendor contracts related to claims is a plus
• Experience with contract management platforms and systems
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputes related to security and privacy
