A company is looking for a Temporary Contracts Manager for its team for a duration of roughly 8 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales agreements
• Draft and revise commercial terms in coordination with legal counsel
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on contract positions and approvals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracts management experience in a tech or fintech environment
• Familiarity with various commercial agreements, including technology integrations and merchant sales contracts
• Experience with CLM tools and collaborative document management
• Bachelor's degree required; legal training is a plus
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
