Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Copy Editor in a fully remote, full-time position, this role will manage the editing and formatting of employee benefit communications, ensuring technical accuracy and grammatical precision while utilizing Adobe InDesign and WordPress.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and edit communications for substance, style, grammar, and formatting
  • Format client deliverables using Adobe InDesign and publish content on WordPress
  • Assist with writing or rewriting copy as needed to maintain client branding
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and WordPress
  • 2+ years of editing and proofreading experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; AA or college degree preferred
  • Experience in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related communications field preferred
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for clear, accessible communication
