Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Care Representative in Human Resources, working virtually.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls to assist clients' employees with HR and financial inquiries
- Process transactions related to health enrollments, payroll, and retirement plans
- Initiate outbound calls to update customers on pending cases and assist with navigation of systems
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
- High School diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to multi-task using multiple Windows applications while assisting customers
- Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
- High-speed broadband internet service required for remote work
