Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Care Representative in Human Resources, working virtually.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls to assist clients' employees with HR and financial inquiries
• Process transactions related to health enrollments, payroll, and retirement plans
• Initiate outbound calls to update customers on pending cases and assist with navigation of systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to multi-task using multiple Windows applications while assisting customers
• Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
• High-speed broadband internet service required for remote work
