Temporary Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Outbound Customer Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make routine outbound calls to thank donors and welcome volunteers
• Establish ongoing support relationships and educate volunteers on fundraising
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on previous calls

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least six months of customer interaction experience preferred
• Ability to multitask using multiple software programs and the Internet
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm CT
