Temporary Customer Data Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Global Customer Operations team, the part-time Temporary Customer Data Specialist will manage data administration and maintenance within the Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) module, ensuring a reliable experience for internal customers while collaborating on process improvements and handling Installed Base requests.

Key responsibilities:

• Address opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
• Manage and respond to Installed Base requests, including updating and maintaining data integrity
• Document inquiries and issues accurately in the appropriate databases

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with equivalent training; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a service or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fast-paced, accurate data entry skills
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS and Salesforce.com or another CRM system
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
