Job Summary

Supporting students, faculty, and staff in a dynamic environment, the Temporary Customer Service Associate will work full-time remotely, utilizing Amazon Connect to provide assistance and resolve issues while documenting interactions and managing follow-ups.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers via voice and chat using Amazon Connect, delivering a positive experience
  • Resolve customer issues by following defined call flows and utilizing AWS tools
  • Accurately document interactions and manage follow-ups while collaborating with teammates
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old and reside in an approved state
  • Proficient in using web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  • Professional fluency in English (CERF C1 or higher)
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, including Mondays
