Job Summary
Supporting students, faculty, and staff in a dynamic remote environment, the Temporary Customer Service Associate will handle customer interactions via voice and chat using Amazon Connect, while working full-time hours and learning industry-leading technology.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers through voice and chat, delivering positive experiences with empathy and clear communication
- Resolve customer issues using AWS tools, accurately documenting interactions and managing follow-ups
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with teammates to escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional fluency in English (CERF C1 or higher)
- Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, including Mondays
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace and meet specified internet requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and reside in an approved state
