Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Guide - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members and providers, managing 30-40 calls per day along with other communication channels
- Educate customers on their healthcare plans and assist them in using digital tools effectively
- Document all interactions thoroughly while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center
- 3+ years of overall customer service experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or progress toward a degree is preferred
- Experience working across multiple customer service channels such as calls, chat, text, and email
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to various systems
