Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Contact Center - Temp CSR (Full-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist inbound inquiries from health plan members regarding transportation services
  • Meet or exceed productivity metric goals including Average Handle Time and Customer Satisfaction
  • Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols while escalating concerns to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center or transferable healthcare experience
  • Ability to sit and wear a headset for 8 hours or more a day
  • Moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must provide own equipment and have a secure, distraction-free workspace
