Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive communication and support to customers and retailers regarding inquiries and problem resolutions
  • Process and manage customer orders through EDI and Microsoft D365, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and track customer service performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in CPG and inventory management
  • Strong business acumen with a basic understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues
  • Strong Excel and math skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
