Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive communication and support to customers and retailers regarding inquiries and problem resolutions
- Process and manage customer orders through EDI and Microsoft D365, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Facilitate new customer onboarding and track customer service performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in CPG and inventory management
- Strong business acumen with a basic understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues
- Strong Excel and math skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
