Job Summary
To support customer needs, the full-time Temporary Customer Service Representative will provide assistance with benefits, claims, and eligibility inquiries while working remotely from designated states.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a guide and advocate for callers, addressing questions and resolving issues related to health insurance benefits
- Conduct research to find accurate information when faced with challenging inquiries
- Tailor communications to meet the unique needs of each caller while ensuring compliance with company standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service call center experience or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficient PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications during calls
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly desired
