Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and chats
- Provide expert product knowledge and support for various business areas
- Evaluate customer contacts for improvement opportunities and resolve issues effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Available to work 40 hours a week from April 06, 2025 to August 28, 2026
- Associates degree or 1+ years of customer service experience required
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Social Media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
