Job Summary

Serving as a primary operational contact for retail customers and internal partners, the full-time Temporary Customer Service Specialist will manage the customer order lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, and support inventory management in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and manage the full customer order lifecycle utilizing EDI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to support customer needs and maintain service levels
  • Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and KPIs related to customer service and order fulfillment performance
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or order management within a CPG or related consumer products environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and processing customer orders through EDI
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups and PivotTables
  • Experience supporting retail customers, distributors, or national accounts
