Temporary Data Validation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a short-term data accuracy project, the temporary full-time Data Validation Specialist will cross-reference records across multiple business systems, verify source documentation against system data, and document findings in a structured tracking sheet.

Key responsibilities

• Cross-reference records and verify data accuracy across various business systems
• Document findings in a structured tracking sheet according to defined processes
• Work independently to manage a high volume of records within a tight deadline

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data operations, sales/revenue operations, or a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data entry, filtering, and basic formulas
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Ability to learn and follow detailed written procedures quickly
• Strong written documentation skills for logging findings clearly
