Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Director of Design Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple design programs for Industrial Design and Packaging teams
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and maintain quality assurance processes for design deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Design Program Management experience
• 4+ years of experience managing a team of program managers
• Proven expertise in packaging and industrial design projects
• Knowledge of print and manufacturing technologies
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, with familiarity in Monday.com and G-Suite being a plus
