Job Summary

Supporting School Engagement teams in the Midwest region, the Temporary Development Coordinator will manage communication efforts, coordinate recruitment and materials, and assist with administrative duties in a home-based position from August 2026 through November 2026.

Key responsibilities
  • Creates and coordinates email templates for classroom challenges and manages timelines for outreach to schools
  • Logs into school sites to facilitate online registration and revenue generation on behalf of the volunteer coordinator
  • Prepares fundraising materials, coordinates logistics for events, and covers for the School Engagement Director as needed
Required qualifications
  • 0-2 years of related administrative experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with database management systems, preferably CRM programs
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service
