Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Document Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate shredding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Review documents for sensitive information and determine appropriate shredding procedures
  • Sort, organize, and prepare documents for scanning and upload to the HRIS

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a document management or shredding role is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift and move boxes of documents safely
