Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Document Processing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate shredding equipment safely and efficiently
- Review documents for sensitive information and determine appropriate shredding procedures
- Sort, organize, and prepare documents for scanning and upload to the HRIS
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a document management or shredding role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and move boxes of documents safely
