Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified CDL Driver applicants for various regions in Texas
Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' experience and qualifications
Verify driver qualifications in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations and monitor application processes

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of recruiting or hiring experience, preferably in transportation or logistics
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations related to CDL-A Drivers
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably DriverHub
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Able to handle a very high call volume
