Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate recruitment activities in Providence and assess candidate interest and viability
• Support data-driven research and maintain documentation of recruitment efforts
• Assist in developing training and support infrastructure for candidates and their campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of the role of state and local elected officials and viable WFP-aligned candidates
• Experience with political or community organizing and electoral campaigns
• Ability to manage record-keeping using tools like Google Docs and Sheets
• Discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive information
