Temporary Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

To support the College Study Enrollment department, the full-time Temporary Enrollment Advisor will manage enrollment targets, provide exceptional customer service, and guide students through the application and pre-departure processes for study abroad programs while working remotely from September 1, 2026, to December 18, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed enrollment targets by converting applicants to paid participants during the application review and pre-departure process
• Review applications for admission and administer admission decisions efficiently for specific program regions
• Advise students on complex visa and immigration processes while maintaining proactive communication with applicants and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service-oriented field, preferably in education abroad or higher education
• International study or work experience is required
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales or enrollment targets is strongly preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with experience in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
