Job Summary
A company is looking for an Events Logistics Coordinator (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of event documentation and materials
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and coordinate logistics with external vendors
- Provide administrative support, including tracking contracts and booking vendors
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in events, marketing support, or related administrative roles
- At least 1 year of events support experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule for occasional early morning or evening support
