Temporary EX Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of employee survey programs, the temporary EX Analyst will work remotely to build and configure surveys, create data visualizations, and prepare customer-ready deliverables over a three-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Partnering with Consultants to build and configure surveys in the Perceptyx platform
• Exporting and structuring data in Excel to create visuals for executive presentations
• Performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy in survey configurations and reporting outputs

Required qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related research or data role is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate results
• Undergraduate degree preferred
