Job Summary
Offering a fully remote opportunity, the temporary Executive Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for VP and C-suite level leadership positions, ensuring a high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders while supporting process coordination and consistency across searches.
Key responsibilities
- Support exceptional candidate and stakeholder management throughout the executive search lifecycle
- Partner with the Head of Executive Recruiting to draft job descriptions and establish clear evaluation criteria
- Conduct talent assessments and manage relationships with external executive search firms for seamless coordination
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle executive recruiting within a corporate environment or executive search firm
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite leadership
- Expertise in direct sourcing and talent mapping techniques
- Strong experience managing partnerships with external executive search agencies
