Job Summary

Offering a fully remote opportunity, the temporary Executive Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for VP and C-suite level leadership positions, ensuring a high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders while supporting process coordination and consistency across searches.

Key responsibilities

• Support exceptional candidate and stakeholder management throughout the executive search lifecycle
• Partner with the Head of Executive Recruiting to draft job descriptions and establish clear evaluation criteria
• Conduct talent assessments and manage relationships with external executive search firms for seamless coordination

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full-lifecycle executive recruiting within a corporate environment or executive search firm
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite leadership
• Expertise in direct sourcing and talent mapping techniques
• Strong experience managing partnerships with external executive search agencies
