Job Summary
Serving as a vital support link for mobile phlebotomists and clinicians, the full-time Temporary Field Support Specialist will provide real-time assistance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate daily tasks in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for Sprinters in the field via Slack, phone, and Zendesk
- Troubleshoot operational issues, including tech problems and supply challenges
- Track and document field challenges to identify patterns and support process improvements
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in operations support, customer service, healthcare administration, or similar
- Proficiency with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems such as Zendesk
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings or weekends, as needed
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic, problem-solving mindset
- Capability to remain calm and effective under pressure
