Job Summary

Temporary Finance Coordinator, this part-time role provides support in budgeting, contracts administration, record-keeping, and business compliance, contributing to the effective functioning of the Finance and Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve and support the annual 1099 issuance process
  • Assist with campaign finance and lobbying reporting, contract processing, and invoice payments
  • Create instructional materials and document team workflows for administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, operations, or business compliance
  • Experience preparing and issuing annual 1099 forms
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Familiarity with Google suite of products
  • Demonstrated commitment to furthering social justice
