Job Summary
Temporary Finance Coordinator, this part-time role provides support in budgeting, contracts administration, record-keeping, and business compliance, contributing to the effective functioning of the Finance and Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and support the annual 1099 issuance process
- Assist with campaign finance and lobbying reporting, contract processing, and invoice payments
- Create instructional materials and document team workflows for administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, operations, or business compliance
- Experience preparing and issuing annual 1099 forms
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with Google suite of products
- Demonstrated commitment to furthering social justice
