Temporary Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary part-time Finance Manager to support day-to-day accounting functions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send monthly client invoices, record collections, and follow up on delinquent accounts
• Record accounts payable, schedule payments, and reconcile employee credit card transactions
• Reconcile intercompany adjustments, assist with monthly and annual account reconciliations, and support client onboarding from a finance perspective

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Experience in a small to mid-sized service company or subsidiary environment preferred
• Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting
